Thank you for choosing the Crepes L' France to cater your event. Our trained chef will prepare the most colorful and delicious fine foods, right before your eyes. We are the pioneers of crepes, Our reputation as the very finest in the catering industry is well known in all south Florida.
To make sure that your event goes as smoothly as possible we would like to review the following with you.
Your event will include: an hour for set up and an hour for break down, We arrive 1 hour before your event to set up outside or inside, whatever you prefer. We need an area 6 feet by 6 feet and 8 feet high for the station. Our stations are self-contained so we only need one electrical outlet for lighting and our French music; packs 35 - 50 crepes 1 1/2 hours - packs 70 - 100 crepes 2 hours of serving time from our Chef; our (21 combination) menu are included Entrees and Desserts, You can create your Crepe from our ingredients all for only a cost of (Pack 35 crepes $440, pack 50 crepes $485, Pack 70 crepes $545, and Pack 100 crepes $650) Chef fee and tax. We come prepare so server additional Crepes for $3.95 . If you need additional serving time, let us know when you book your event. Overtime is $30.00 per half hour past the 2 hour of serving. We send one Chef per station but, if Crepes are your only food item and your guest count is 45 or more you may wish to add a Additional Chef to your party for an additional $100. If you have a very large event, over 70 people, you may need a second station, it would be twice the cost mentioned above, 3 stations 3 times the above, etc. We also offer a Self-Service Drink station for $150 includes Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Lemon Ice Tea, Spring Water, Apple & Orange juice. Hot Self-service station for $90 includes Gourmet Coffee, Decaf Coffee, and Tea. Advance Reservation is required for all events. There is a $150.00 non-refundable deposit. Your event will NOT be considered booked until we have received your deposit. If under any circumstances you need to cancel your event, You may be issued a credit as long any event any time any where, The balance must be paid the day of event. The Crepes are freshly made right before your eyes, You and your guest will enjoy our fantastic array of Entree and Dessert Crepes. From the moment the Crepes L' France arrives you can relax, Our complete setup and clean up allows you to be a guest at you own party, knowing that your bring an elegant and personal touch. Your event will be a success.
